To All Shareholders and Interested Parties,

Arrow Resources Development, Inc. is continuing its effort to obtain between $5,000,000 and $50,000,000 of financing in order to further operations in Indonesia. As a part of that effort Arrow has secured a mid-term loan for $550,000 with all interest payments in the form of company stock.
